Our client is seeking a versatile leader to oversee our finance function and develop its intelligent automation. This role combines traditional financial responsibilities—such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance—with innovative execution : designing and deploying an agentic system to operate autonomously. You will manage end-to-end financial operations, identify repeatable workflows, codify best practices, and collaborate with engineering (or develop yourself) to create AI-powered agents that automate manual processes. Your work may lead to the creation of a standalone company, where you could become CEO.

Who You Are :

• An experienced finance professional in FP&A, strategic finance, or controller roles.
• Proficient with automation tools—scripting, AI agents, or no-code platforms.
• Systems thinker who builds for scalability.
• Bonus : startup or early-stage company experience.

Requirements :
