This senior role requires transforming the finance function, establishing robust controls, reporting, and scalable systems while partnering with leadership to drive profitability and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level finance leadership experience at CFO or Finance Director level.
• Proven success in profitability improvement and financial forecasting.
• Strong commercial understanding including pricing and profitability drivers.
• Hands‑on experience with AI, automation, and modern finance tech.
• Experience transforming finance functions in multi‑location environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hands‑on transformation of the finance function with strong controls and reporting.
• Own cash, payroll, compliance, and other critical financial responsibilities.
• Develop timely, actionable financial reporting for leadership.
• Manage budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash planning with updated assumptions.
• Build profitability reporting by location, brand, channel, and product.
• Redesign finance structures, systems, and controls for scalability.
