We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Systems Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you’ll support NetSuite implementation and enhance our finance systems with a focus on automating and optimizing processes related to banking, accounts payable, intercompany transactions, and general ledger operations. Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate end-to-end NetSuite implementation for all business units.
2. Maintain and support NetSuite administration ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
3. Configure workflows and troubleshoot issues within finance applications.
4. Assist with month-end close processes by ensuring timely and accurate flow of system data into accounting ledgers.
5. Support optimization of P2P, O2C, A2R workflows, as well as NetSuite system integrations.
6. Manage intercompany transaction entries, reconciliations, and reporting through system automation.
7. Work closely with IT and vendors on finance system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance.
8. Train finance users on systems and process improvements.
9. Support compliance and audit activities by ensuring proper controls and documentation are maintained.
