Raw Office is an exciting tech start-up based in downtown Toronto, at Young and Dundas Square, focused on eco-friendly ecommerce procurement solutions. We are part of top accelerator programs like DMZ (Canada) and Gener8tor (USA), providing resources and mentorship to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office activities; develop policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Serve as the main contact for administrative and financial matters with clients and vendors.
  • Provide administrative services in areas like fiscal management, community relations, and general administration.

Daily Activities

Finance: Support bookkeeping, manage accounts payable/receivable, issue purchase orders, collect receivables, send invoices, and pay suppliers.

Administration: Assist with problem solving, project planning, legal documentation, insurance management, vendor relations, and organizing meetings and events.

Sales Support: Assist with quoting, prepare proposals, and update client databases.

Required Skills
  • Knowledge of office management and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or XERO.
  • Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years managing fiscal, administrative, or logistics functions, plus 3 years related experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
