Background : The Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) project is a transformative initiative aimed at integrating business information systems to enhance the management of finance, human resources, and supply chain processes within the healthcare system. This new system will replace non-integrated systems with a single, comprehensive software solution (Oracle).

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate day-to-day functions within the Finance department.
• Provide assistance, guidance, and advice on various financial tasks.
• Engage in problem-solving to address financial issues as they arise.
• Offer technical support related to financial processes and systems.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Qualifications :

• University degree in Business Administration or Commerce, with a major in Accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in Oracle preferred.
