We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our group of companies. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management and execution of financial processes for multiple companies. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for accounts payable, bookkeeping, general administrative support, and providing customer service support to our consultants. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your financial management skills in a friendly and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts payable process, including tracking payments and ensuring timely payment.
  • Bookkeeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
  • Credit Card Reconciliations: perform monthly reconciliations for our business credit cards and related coding.
  • Compliance: ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: provide support for program administration, office needs, and to the Executive Director.
  • Customer Service: support our network of international consultants, answer questions, and resolve any payment issues.
