Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Finance Transformation and Continuous Project Manager to lead a portfolio of Finance and Tax optimization initiatives. The role collaborates with Finance, Risk, IT, and senior stakeholders to drive on-time, high-quality delivery of transformation projects.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of relevant experience, PM/ Scrum knowledge, and a strong communication track record. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with opportunities for growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in financial services or international environments.
• Knowledge of project management processes; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Digital and continuous improvement mindset with practical experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with F&RS/IT and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of the project portfolio.
• Animate internal Finance projects and coordinate Finance teams to reach internal goals.
• Establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, roles, status updates, and open issues.
• Scope projects and develop implementation project plans.
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews on complex assignments.
• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Develop measurable project goals and monitor progress toward achievement.
• Drive implementation quality through PM best practices.
• Identify dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality.
• Develop detailed project plans with documentation, testing, budgets, timelines, and status metrics.

Job Description:

The Finance and Tax (F&T) Transformation and Continuous Project Manager will manage a portfolio of Finance and Tax process/tool optimization projects under the supervision of the local team leader to support you in this effort. (S)he will contribute to the F&T digital community

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Finance Transformation project manager will coordinate with F&RS/IT and internal stakeholders across F&T to ensure on‑time quality delivery of the project portfolio.

(S)he will:

• Management of Transformation / Continuous Improvement / Digital projects, where Finance processes are being optimized & streamlined.
• Animate Internal Finance projects, where various Finance teams need to be coordinated to reach an internal goal (organization topics, internal requests from the Group, internal requests from the CFO executive committee)..
• with autonomy establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues, and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required.
• Scope projects and develop Implementation Project Plans
• conduct end to end process review on complex assignments
• Identify risks and develops risk mitigation plans.
• Develop measurable project goals and objectives and monitor progress toward achievement.
• Drive implementation consistency and quality through execution of project management best practices.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality
• Develop detailed project plans including documentation, testing and executing protocol, tasks, budgets, timelines, and status metrics.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

• - Minimum 8-10 years of related experience, preferably within Financial Services Industries in international environments
• - Good knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow (PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus)
• - Digital and Continuous Improvement Mindset / Experience
• - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or seniority levels.
• - Ability to effectively work with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting
• Project Management/ Consulting profile
• Strong interest in new technologies
