Job description

The Aboriginal Coalition to End Homelessness Society is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team in a new role designed to strengthen our internal financial and program reporting.

The ideal candidate has experience working with non-profit organizations in project management and/or financial capacity. This role involves working closely with the operations and finance teams and requires confidence in handling a variety of accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review monthly financial reporting processes and manage Accounts Receivable
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for over 30 active funding agreements
  • Collaborate closely with program managers to gather and maintain complete, compliant documentation for all financial reporting requirements
  • Provide support across core financial and administrative functions including Accounts Payable and Payroll as needed

Title: Finance & Programs Administrator

Position Type: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Hourly Wage: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Location: In-office

Start Date: August 5, 2025

End Date: March 31, 2026, with the opportunity to extend
