Our team is hiring a Finance Operations Business Partner to support a high-growth, production-driven organization. This is a strategic role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and planning.

As part of the broader business team, you’ll help drive efficiency and alignment between production cycles, resource planning, and financial outcomes. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering an opportunity to support expansion across North America while shaping scalable planning and reporting processes.

About the Role

Reporting to a senior finance leader, this position will support planning, data integrity, and operational finance. You'll act as the bridge between finance, sales, and operations—translating business activity into clear financial analysis and driving data-informed decisions across teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate cross-functional planning across production, operations, and sales
  • Develop forecasting models that reflect production cycles and demand trends
  • Analyze and report on margins, costs, inventory, and asset valuations
  • Lead data governance efforts and strengthen reporting processes
  • Support system improvements for planning and business intelligence
  • Deliver monthly insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Serve as a thought partner to operational and commercial leaders

What You Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance, planning, or business operations
  • Background in agriculture, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is a strong asset
  • Advanced Excel and experience with planning or BI tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
