In this role, you will provide support for the daily financial transactions as well as assist with financial reporting requirements and continuous system improvements. If you are a strong multi-tasker and excited to be the right hand to the Director, Finance Risks & Operations, this position is for you! Main responsibilities include :

    • Assist with close process tasks including reconciliations, preparing monthly statements and monitoring bank accounts
    • Prepare budget templates, contract invoices and credit card reconciliations
    • Prepare year-end auditing working papers and provide audit support as needed
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Monitor and verify financial data integrity, identify any risks and resolve any irregularities or risks
    • Prepare government forms, charity returns and support travel reconciliations
    • Review and implement financial policies and provide recommendations for system improvements and solutions
