Job Responsibilities

• Arrange financing, extended warranty options, and protection packages for customers
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
• Check / verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Ensure all deals meet legal compliance and Dealership standards
• Meet or exceed finance department performance goals
• Train and guide the Sales Team on Finance-related best practices

What We're Looking For :

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an RV Dealership, possible IDS experience
• Complete understanding of F&I regulations and best practices
• Strong Leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail
