The successful candidate will support M&A due diligence, acquisition accounting, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, with a hybrid work model and strong leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with a public accounting background (external audit preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS including revenue recognition and acquisition accounting/PPA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic financial management and operations of a business unit.
• Support financial planning and analysis activities to drive strategic decision making.
• Contribute to M&A activities, including due diligence and integration activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams to ensure accuracy of financial results.

The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• CPA designation with a public accounting background, preferably in external audit
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, including revenue recognition and acquisition accounting/PPA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly
• Ability to operate confidently in a collaborative environment with minimal direct supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 1 day in-office every two weeks and flexibility as required
