For this position must possess a valid OMVIC license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive or powersports financing role. Additionally, above-average computer skills are required, along with familiarity with DealerTrack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients based on trust and integrity; long-term customer loyalty is important to us.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, utilizing our CRM email and other tools to secure and file documents.
- You must have strong multitasking abilities, effectively prioritize tasks, managing your time efficiently to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Communicate promptly with clients via various channels, such as phone, email, or text, addressing inquiries and arranging appointments.
- Use all available tools to ensure client approvals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing established tools and methods, including DealerTrack and finance institutions, to facilitate smooth operations.
