Job summary

Duke in Canada is seeking a permanent finance professional to drive financial management, reporting and governance across the business. This role combines management accounting, reporting, and governance to align financial performance with strategic goals.

You will partner with teams to improve financial awareness, support project finances, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing/defence context. This is an on-site/hybrid role with two days in office weekly.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a finance-based role.
• 5+ years of proven financial management experience in a small/medium company, ideally within manufacturing or defence.
• Strong IT skills including ERP, MS Office and reporting tools, and excellent communication.
• Qualify for Controlled Goods and Reliability Clearance in Canada.
