We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, North American-based consumer tech company on the search for a Finance Manager to help elevate their financial operations and drive data-informed strategic decisions.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to roll up their sleeves to help scale a finance function through rapid growth. You’ll report to the CFO and collaborate closely with the leadership team, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, business case modeling, and key financial reporting processes.

What You’ll Do :

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and improve financial forecasting models and reporting infrastructure
  • Prepare and present timely financial reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to internal stakeholders, board members, and investors
  • Lead the annual budgeting process across departments; gather inputs, refine models, and synthesize into executive-level presentations
  • Partner with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze variance, and provide insight into financial trends, risks, and opportunities

Operational & System Improvements

  • Support the finance team in optimizing workflows as the company migrates to a new ERP
  • Recommend and help implement financial tools and AI-enabled systems to improve accuracy, reporting speed, and automation
  • Collaborate with the data team to streamline dashboards and reporting through platforms such as Big Query, Looker, or similar
  • Contribute to financial operations across treasury, tax, payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and inventory accounting
  • Business Analysis & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Apply eCommerce fluency and financial acumen to guide decisions across customer acquisition, retention, supply chain, and operations
  • Develop and support business cases to evaluate new initiatives and resource allocation
  • Stay current on industry trends, financial benchmarks, and regulatory shifts impacting digital commerce
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or eCommerce strategy
  • Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in digital unit economics (e.g., CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
  • Experience in high-growth, founder-led, or consumer-facing companies preferred
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards and comfort owning reporting packages
  • Proficiency in Excel and modern finance / data tools (e.g., NetSuite, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
