We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role will help drive informed decision-making through accurate reporting, scenario planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both strategy and execution. This position is remote, preferably based in Calgary, Toronto, or Vancouver.

**Responsibilities include:**

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow: Support annual budgeting, develop cash flow models, and align financial plans with company objectives.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, develop KPIs, and explore AI tools to enhance financial analysis.

• Strategic Decision Support: Partner with teams on scenario planning and evaluate initiatives.

• Financial Systems & Process Improvements: Support FP&A system implementation, improve processes, ensure data integrity, and leverage systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.

• Business Partnering: Act as finance liaison to various teams and support leadership with ad-hoc analysis.

**Minimum requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years in FP&A or related roles
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills

**Preferred skills:**

• MBA or CPA
• Experience in SaaS, PE-backed, or industry-specific environments
• Interest in AI and financial tech tools
