Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Burlington, ON. The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and supporting monthly, and year-end close processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare & manage all finance functions; AP, AR, & Payroll
  • Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
  • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning, Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices
  • Financial Analysis and Decision-Making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred
  • SAP experience an asset
