Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Controlling & Inventory – Finance Manager, IMFT Technology & Data Solutions. The role focuses on modernizing finance operations within a major ERP deployment and partnering with global teams to deliver a unified, standardized digital platform.

Preferred locations include Toronto, Canada, with remote work possible on a case-by-case basis. The role offers exposure to cross-functional transformation initiatives and strategic finance leadership across geographies.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance or Economics required.
Minimum 5 years in finance roles; experience in supply chain/R&D is a plus.
Experience with costing, inventory and plant accounting desired.

Responsibilities

Represent finance in cross-functional discussions on Controlling & Inventory (MAKE & R&D).
Support ERP/S4Hana design, build and deployment for Controlling & Inventory processes.
Collaborate with Global Process Owners to capture and define design requirements.
Coordinate with other transformation programs to manage interdependencies.
Ensure Global Template is designed & built to meet business requirements using latest tech.
