My client is looking to create a new position for its Director of Finance, the CEO's right-hand man, a dynamic entrepreneur who wants to structure his company to support its strong growth in the real estate sector.

The Director will bring his industry expertise to structure and improve the organization's processes, act as a mentor to his team and work directly with the CEO on all strategic aspects of the business.

Responsibilities
As Finance Director, you will have a 360° vision and your main responsibilities will be :
- Accounting - managing the accounting team, supporting the team in technical matters and helping them to develop.
- Process improvement - review processes, internal controls and help optimize them
- FP&A: prepare budgets and analyses to support decision-making and help internal parties understand their results.
- Present and popularize financial information to stakeholders and senior management.
- ad hoc mandates as requested by management

Qualifications
For this Director of Finance position, we are looking for :
- CPA
- min 7 years experience including min 3 years in team management
- Real estate experience
- bilingualism
- Team player, dynamic, capable of being close to his teams and a partner for management
