Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ post-designation or relevant work experience.
• Financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, and managerial experience required.
• Insurance industry experience preferred, ideally property & casualty.
• Technical accounting knowledge of IFRS 17.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial statement review and analysis.
• Ensure regulatory filings and tax compliance.
• Manage cash flow and the annual budgeting process.
• Lead forecasting activities and financial planning.
• Maintain internal controls and liaise with external auditors.
