Job summary

Acestack is seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to lead the Finance track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, implementation, and cross-functional program delivery.

The role focuses on leading the Finance lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering Oracle Finance solutions across modules with a strategic, process-improvement

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Finance Consulting or Oracle Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes.
• Experience with Oracle Finance modules and implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Experience in solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading functional workstreams or Finance tracks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance track across the complete Oracle Finance module lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design effective Oracle Finance solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout program execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Identify and resolve functional issues and delivery risks.
• Ensure solutions meet business, financial, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Support process documentation, testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and Oracle solutions.
