Finance Business Partner - VSL

Qualifications :

Finance Business Partner - VSL

Responsibilities :

• Analyze production costs (parts and labor) to optimize profitability and identify unnecessary expenses.
• Study product margins, explain variances, and monitor corrective actions.
• Implement and track standard times, recommending adjustments.
• Validate pricing for client bids.
• Improve analytical tools and performance indicators.
• Propose and implement new tracking processes.
• Analyze all non-production costs (transportation, chemicals, overhead).
• Contribute to monthly reports and budgeting.
• Update cost models and standard cost evaluation methods.
• Monitor variances between actual and projected costs and provide detailed reports.
• Ensure accurate tracking of financial KPIs related to costs.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost analysis, management accounting, or finance.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
