CPA designation preferred, 3–5 years of experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential; hybrid work arrangement with two

• CPA designation required (complete or in progress).
• 3-5 years’ progressive experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Explain financial information clearly and act as a trusted finance contact for questions and guidance.
• Support managers through budget, quarterly, and year-end review cycles, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and review financial reports, projections, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis to support business cases, funding requests, and long-term planning.
• Assist with organization-wide financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Help track program and project costs and improve financial processes and systems.

You will act as a trusted strategic advisor, partnering with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. You will play a key role in the quarterly forecasting cycle, mid-year and year-end financial reviews, and the annual budgeting process, delivering meaningful analysis and insights that enable informed decision-making and support organizational objectives.
