Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Intermediate Excel experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, accounting, and analytical support for month-end close processes.
• Support bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist Collections in maintaining customer call note files.
• Aid in auditing Concur expenses and maintaining vendor data.
• Maintain data integrity in vendor and customer maintenance systems.
