Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain financial files, databases, and spreadsheets with up-to-date information.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal use.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing inquiries.

Requirements:
