Job Description :

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE :

The Finance and Tax (F&T) Transformation and Continuous Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of Finance and Tax process and tool optimization projects, supporting the local team leader. They will also contribute to the F&T digital community.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Digital projects aimed at optimizing and streamlining Finance processes.
  • Lead internal Finance projects, coordinating various Finance teams to meet organizational goals, including requests from the Group and CFO executive committee.
  • Develop automation solutions using digital tools (Power BI, Alteryx) to automate tasks such as system reconciliation, variance analysis, loader creation, dashboards, and other manual processes.
  • Coordinate with IT and internal stakeholders across F&T to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Establish and conduct meetings to communicate project objectives, roles, status updates, and resolve issues.
  • Scope projects and develop detailed implementation plans.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Set measurable goals and monitor progress.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in project execution using best practices.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including testing protocols, budgets, timelines, and metrics.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services within international environments.
  • Knowledge of Project Management processes; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Digital and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues clearly to varied audiences.
  • Consulting skills and experience working with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Project Management or Consulting background.
  • Interest in new technologies like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, AI, and Machine Learning.
