Job Description :

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE :

The Finance and Tax (F&T) Transformation and Continuous Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of Finance and Tax process and tool optimization projects, supporting the local team leader. They will also contribute to the F&T digital community.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Digital projects aimed at optimizing and streamlining Finance processes.
• Coordinate internal Finance projects, aligning various Finance teams to meet organizational goals and internal requests from the Group and CFO executive committee.
• Develop automation solutions using digital tools like PowerBI and Alteryx to improve efficiency (e.g., system reconciliation, variance analysis, dashboard creation).
• Coordinate with IT and internal stakeholders across F&T to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, roles, and project updates, resolving issues collaboratively.
• Scope projects and develop detailed implementation plans.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Set measurable goals, monitor progress, and ensure project quality and consistency.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including testing protocols, tasks, budgets, and timelines.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within Financial Services in international environments.
• Knowledge of Project Management processes; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Experience with digital tools such as PowerBI and Alteryx.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Digital and Continuous Improvement mindset and experience.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Consulting skills and ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Project Management or Consulting background.
• Interest in new technologies like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, AI, and Machine Learning.
