ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for aFinance and Insurance Managerto join our team atCountry Hills Volkswagen .The successful candidate is someonewho is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, as F&I is the last point of contact in the dealership before the customer leaves with their new vehicle
  • Greet customers during the sales process by providing a credit application and asking specific questions about vehicle setup.
  • Explain your role as an ambassador of the manufacturer and major banks in the province
  • Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, insurance, warranties, leasing and incentive programs
  • Present the customer with a menu on available package options to the customer 100% of the time to ensure that the customer is provided with all package options
  • Obtain waivers or held harmless agreements for products denied by the consumer
  • Responsible for selling financing, parts and labour agreements, insurance products and other aftermarket protection products to clients
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, insuring a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow up and collection of any rebates and incentive programs
  • Prepare all documentation, contracts, registration, submission, funding, commissioning, etc. related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles.
  • Maintain all reports and records as required by the manufacturer, dealership and suppliers
  • Establish and maintain strong and professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturer finance centres and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure customers and staff are updated on the progress of a vehicle delivery and keeping the goal of having delivery occur within 2 days in mind throughout the sales process.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous F&I experience is considered an asset
  • Posses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • AMVIC certification is considered an asset
  • Experience with Dealership Management Systems is considered an asset
