As a F&I Manager at Halifax Chrysler youll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will guide them in exploring financing options selecting essential add-ons and finalizing their vehicle purchase with confidence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Facilitate Financing Options : Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
• Credit Management : Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
• Sales of Add-Ons : Offer valuable products like extended warranties insurance and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Transaction Completion : Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Customer Relationships : Deliver exceptional service fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
• Compliance : Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
