CHALLENGES WE OFFER

This opportunity is within the Business Solutions and Network division of Sollio Agriculture, supporting The Agromart Group, which has 23 franchised retail locations in Ontario and the Maritimes selling agricultural crop input products. The Finance and Administration Coordinator supports our internal Finance department.

Reporting To: The Finance Manager

This position involves:

  • Managing all Accounts Receivable (AR) for Agromart Terminals Inc.
  • Applying cash in ERP system and assisting with daily deposit processing.
  • Running weekly AR reports and communicating account activity to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining credit files and monthly credit spreadsheets by location.
  • Supporting the Credit Manager with Equifax reports during peak season.
  • Preparing JV Bank Borrowings, Sales & AR Reports, and Sales Forecast updates.
  • Handling general office administrative tasks, including month-end statements, data entry, reporting, and filing.
  • Coordinating board packages for semi-annual meetings.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, coordinating vendor and service provider needs, and assisting with general office duties such as filing, mail, and phone inquiries.

YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE

  • Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work in a client-focused environment, providing timely service.
