Finance Analyst Student Co-Op (12 Months Starting September 2025)

Responsibilities
  1. Inventory
    • Inventory turnover analysis
    • Inventory reconciliation, sub-ledger to General Ledger
    • Inventory obsolescence and associated provisions
  2. Project Accounting
    • Review of project-specific inventory, open Purchase Orders, open Work Orders
    • Reconciliation of project-specific sub-ledger
    • Project Closure procedures
  3. Internal Audit
    • Perform internal audits of operating procedures and processes for SOX compliance
  4. Finance/Accounting Support
    • Accounts Payable distribution – internal and scan to central processing
    • Preparation, processing, and reconciliation of journal entries
    • Ad-hoc reporting
Requirements
  • Second year or higher in an Accounting program
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and Canadian security clearance
