Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team on a contract basis (4-6 months, potential for extension). The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Conduct thorough reviews and audits of payment proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Review and activate vendor accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and meets regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed account reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and escalating/resolving issues as needed.
• Assist with various project work as assigned, contributing to team initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
