POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, budgeting, and forecasting. The Finance Analyst collaborates with various departments to ensure financial accuracy, improve processes, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
