Your opportunity:
The Office of the Vice Dean, Research & Health Sciences Education oversees research undertaken for the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and coordinates with its counterparts at the affiliated hospital research institutes for clinical research. This includes grant proposal development, administering internal funding allocations, collecting and reporting on research productivity metrics, and managing core research facilities.
As Financial Administratorr, you will support the day-to-day financial administration of research grants and operating accounts for our department. You will work closely with our administrative team to provide a broad range of financial services and support, including coordination of payroll processing for trainees and casual research staff, posting and monitoring financial transactions, and maintaining payroll and financial records. Your enthusiasm, superior organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to our success.
