HR Consultant
Reporting to the Executive Director and supporting the leadership team at Opportunities Yukon (OY), the Human Resources (HR) Consultant is accountable for a variety of human resource generalist activities, including recruitment and staffing; benefits administration; performance planning, evaluation and management; policy development; occupational health and safety; and compensation planning.
This is a full-time, indeterminate position. Salary is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive employee benefits plan and paid time-off.
