ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is seeking an outgoing, data-focused individual who is passionate about the end-to-end experience. You should have a keen eye for details and be motivated by helping our internal team, external customers, and stakeholders.

Reporting to our CFO, you’ll manage the finance technology stack. As a key member of our Finance department, you will collaborate with the team to ensure our finance technology systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be working on

1. Develop and own the core financial technology strategy, roadmap, and business architecture.
2. Lead vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing vendor relationships.
3. Partner with finance leaders, process owners, and third-party vendors to develop detailed business requirements for key financial applications, including technical design, data integration & migration, system configuration, issue resolution, user testing, documentation, security standards, and training.
4. Lead financial systems implementation, integration, and maintenance, providing training and support post-implementation.
5. Ensure financial systems comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal controls.
6. Monitor system performance and data integrity, addressing issues promptly.
7. Identify and implement process improvements within financial systems.
8. Support the product development lifecycle, exemplifying the ICP through strong business partnerships.
9. Coordinate major technology transformations, staying updated with finance technology trends.
10. Mentor and coach team members on advanced technology applications to foster innovation.
11. Maintain thorough documentation.
12. Experience leading remote teams.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related; CPA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in financial systems management, ERP implementation, and administration (Netsuite, SAP, Workday, etc.), with related integrations as an asset.
• Expertise in analytics, data science, and statistical methodologies; data management preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Process-oriented with strong project management skills; experience with PPM is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating across all levels.
