The Canadian Niagara Hotels Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting and reporting for multiple hotel, retail, and entertainment units. You will lead month-end closes, prepare statements, and deliver KPI summaries while partnering with operations to drive financial insights.

Qualifications

• This role requires a university degree in accounting/finance and CPA progress.
• 4–7 years progressive accounting or finance experience, hospitality preferred.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, reconciliations, variances.
• Partner with operations to improve revenue, margins, labour, costs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis across units.
• Assist ERP/system enhancements, dashboards, and automation.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits and compliance.
• Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous improvement.
