What you will be responsible for

• Processing administrative instructions received
• Following up with clients for instruction authorization and ensuring timely processing
• Maintaining standard filing of instruction packages and reports
• Completing daily checklists with activities performed
• Maintaining daily mandate management packages
• Preparing standard audit packages
• Ensuring instructions comply with State Street policies
• Analyzing instruction exceptions and resolving issues promptly
• Monitoring exception resolutions and coordinating with responsible parties
