The Opportunity
The Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival is one of Banff Centre's flagship programs. As a renowned mountain festival and a co-founder of the International Alliance for Mountain Film, it has evolved over nearly 50 years from a one-day climbing film event into a nine-day celebration of Mountain Culture in Banff, Alberta. The festival features film screenings, competitions, workshops, a mountain marketplace, and a year-round World Tour.
Working closely with the Festival Manager, the World Tour Manager, and the Director, Festival & World Tour, this position provides logistical, administrative, and operational support for all film-related Mountain Culture programming associated with the World Tour.

Employment Terms & Benefits
This is a unionized, salaried position with a 6-month probation, offering a salary between $56,388.80 and $59,196.80, plus benefits including health, pension, professional development, and more.
