We are expanding and hiring full-time Filling Operators for the following shifts:

  • Afternoons
  • Nights
  • Weekend Days
  • Weekend Nights

Responsibilities

As a Filling Operator, You Will:

  • Follow proper gowning procedures to maintain a sterile environment. This involves wearing specialized clothing and equipment, such as masks, gloves, and gowns, to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
  • Prepare glass and components, assemble and disassemble filling machines, clean and sanitize equipment, and ensure efficient machine operation and product quality.
  • Inspect for defects, maintain gowning certification, follow GMP and regulatory requirements, and uphold safety guidelines and quality standards.
  • Complete Batch Records and logbooks, report equipment issues, and inform supervisors of any process-related problems.
  • Assist with setup, start-up, and transfer of components, maintain cleanliness of the filling room, and perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience (packaging, labeling, machine operation)
  • Experience in regulated environments (food, cosmetics, pharma) is a plus
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Attention to detail and good personal hygiene
  • Comfortable with PPE (masks, safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, gowns)
  • Positive work history with good attendance
