We’re a fast-growing CRO agency helping eCommerce brands scale through high-converting, high-performance Shopify pages. We’re looking for a full-time developer to join our team long-term.

This is a remote role with full autonomy, stable monthly income, and clear growth opportunities.

But we do hold a high bar — and we’re upfront about it.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience turning Figma into pixel-perfect Shopify builds
• Confident with HTML, CSS, JS, and Liquid
• Comfortable building custom sections (no page builders)
• Familiar with A/B testing tools (Intelligems, Convert, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals and how to keep builds fast
• Bonus: Comfortable working in legacy Shopify themes

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building landing pages and PDPs from scratch
• Collaborating with our strategist and designer
• Shipping clean, responsive, flicker-free code
• Occasionally setting up basic test or tracking setups
• Fully owning implementation with clear expectations and no micromanagement
