Job description

This position requires bilingual proficiency in French and English. It is based in Montreal.

As a Field Technician (IMAC), you will be responsible for the handling, installation, replacement, and configuration of laptops, desktops, and all associated peripherals for our clients' end users. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required.

This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Installs, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems and documents the processes
2. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals
3. Performs a variety of complex tasks
4. Works under general supervision; a certain degree of creativity and independence is required
5. Installation, replacement / configuration of IT equipment and network peripherals
