Job summary

RWDI is seeking a Field Technician – Air Quality and Emissions in our Guelph office. The role involves planning and executing air testing projects, traveling to diverse locations, and working at heights with a strong emphasis on safety.

You should have post-secondary education in Environmental Technology or Instrumentation Technology, and a minimum of 1 year in the Air Quality field is preferred. Proactive problem solving, solid computer skills, and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in the Air Quality field preferred
• Ambient monitoring experience an asset
• Strong computer and analytical hands-on skills
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors, including long hours

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical aspects of air testing projects
• Travel to various locations to support projects
• Work at heights on rooftops, towers and other structures
• Consolidate data and generate reports with team support
