Your Main Responsibilities- Participate in sampling various materials at the planned pace and record results accurately;
- Assist in testing building materials;
- Support efforts to provide recommendations and ensure quality work;
- Maintain a site logbook;
- Provide comments and observations to the site technical manager;
- Follow up on corrective measures for non-compliance issues;
- Ensure site equipment is functional and safe;
- Apply site requirements and attend meetings;
- Promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
What Makes You Unique- Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field;
- Over 4 years of experience in quality control of soils and materials on construction sites is an asset;
- Ability to operate nucleodensimeter and concrete measuring instruments (hydrometer, slump cone) is an asset;
- Interest and sensitivity to occupational health and safety;
- CCIL or ACI certification is an asset;
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
