Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a field technical service representative, called a field service agent, in Kelowna, BC. No experience required; we provide the training you need to support customers and grow your career in our retail tech team.

You’ll deliver, install and repair the latest tech in customers’ homes, help determine technology needs, keep vehicles and equipment maintained, and create an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean license abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Base pay range Hourly pay rate: $18.25 - $21.45 Pay may vary by province. Pay listed is for the location advertised.
