Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative to join our field service agent team. No experience is required, and we’ll provide comprehensive training to support customers in their homes.

You will deliver, install, and repair technology, help customers identify needs, and maintain vehicles and equipment while delivering an outstanding customer experience with professionalism. Flexible schedules support growth within the retail team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
