Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Regina, SK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated lab instrumentation. Overnight travel to customer sites in the Regina area is required. A strong electronics background and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills are essential.

Candidates with experience servicing medical analyzers or related medical instrumentation will have an advantage. A valid vaccination against COVID-19 is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish strong customer relations.
• Coordinate problem resolution within Field Support Group.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and tools.
• Provide on-site training on company instrumentation.

*** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater Regina, Saskatchewan, Canadaarea. Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation
