Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory analyzers. The role requires overnight travel within the Regina area and a solid electronics background.

Applicants should have a certificate or AAS in electronics, be able to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with competitive CAD salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS degree in electronics required.
• Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel is required.
• Minimum 3 years as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or similar medical instrumentation is a plus.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain vehicle tools and spare parts inventory.
• Provide on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.

*** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater Regina, Saskatchewan, Canadaarea. Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation

Benefits:

• Base salary $65K - $85K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional $4K - $8K annually, probably more.).
