Job summary

Mirion Technologies (Canberra CA) Ltd. is seeking a Field Support Specialist to deliver on-site training, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance for radiation monitoring instruments in Canada.

You will provide front-line support via email or phone and assist in Concord factory tasks when schedules permit. You will train end users, write service bulletins, and coordinate with engineering, project management and sales to grow regional contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education in electronics or nuclear engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex instrumentation in demanding settings.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing field work.
• Proven ability to read technical drawings and operate in Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair in field and Concord factory.
• Provide installation, modification, training, consulting and repair for complex nuclear instrumentation.
• Deliver on-site training to users in Canada; support customers via email/phone.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and deliver project updates and service bulletins.
