  • Valid class 5 driver license.
  • Physically fit to lift 75 lbs., climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Operate proprietary software used in computer-based training systems.
  • Maintain database entries for recording maintenance and training activities.
  • Work under supervision of managers & technical personnel.
  • Shift work is required.

Job Details:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties associated with system operations:
    • Operate proprietary software used in computer-based training systems.
    • Operate Real-Time monitoring software.
    • Perform technical and non-technical tasks under supervision.
  • Maintain database entries for recording maintenance and training activities.
  • Able to learn a variety of software applications and utilities.
  • Be able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work under supervision of managers & technical personnel.
  • Shift work is required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in PC software such as word processors and spreadsheet applications.
  • Competency in computer hardware & operating systems.
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
  • Be able to legally work in Canada
  • Will need to acquire a passport for some international travel.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid class 5 driver license.
  • Physically fit to lift 75 lbs., climb stairs and ladders.

Preference given to:

  • Training or experience in technical fields associated with:
    • Computers
    • Electronics

Training will be provided
